- Room owner starts in a browser, copies one link, and keeps the waiting room visible.
- Technician joins on the phone and confirms the wide context view before approaching the fault.
- A USB or capture-card bench camera joins as another participant and waits for host approval.
- Expert joins on the laptop, makes the decisive angle prominent, and asks for one camera move at a time.
Use today's camera paths honestly
Device cameras, USB cameras, and capture cards work today as host-approved participants. WHEP, HLS, MJPEG, and RTSP bridging are coming. Do not plan a job around a live IP-camera bridge until that path ships and has been tested on the site.
Count seats and test the network
Technician, expert, observer, and every extra camera count: Free 4, Pro 12, Cinema 32. Free has no TURN, so restrictive plant networks may fail to connect. Use the network fallback guide and connection help before the service window.
