Free has no relay
Free calls are direct peer-to-peer only. We don't promise enterprise NAT traversal, and some firewalls and symmetric NATs never connect. Cinema's bring-your-own relay — a relay you run yourself — is the paid escape hatch.
Native apps are still in development
iOS is in App Review; Mac, Windows, and Android are in development. None of them are public downloads yet, so the browser is the path today on every plan.
IP camera bridging is coming
Capture cards and USB cameras can join today as host-approved participants. Bridging IP cameras is still coming, on all plans.
Seats are seats, not a quality promise
These numbers are how many people can be in a room. Resolution and smoothness always follow each person's camera, machine, and network.
