Video calling relies on recent browser features. If something behaves oddly, updating the browser is the first thing to try.
Native apps are in development
Desktop and mobile builds are being worked on and aren't a public download yet. Use the browser in the meantime.
On a TV
There's no Smart TV store app. Start on a phone or PC and mirror or cast to the big screen instead.
